Easing a stuffy nose

There's nothing worse than having a bunged up nose, it makes it hard to breathe and seems to make small tasks seem like a marathon. If you use the time tested method of hot water in a bowl and a towel over your head try adding a small amount of Tiger Balm, you don't need a big scoop of it to have an effect so start with a small amount and go from there. The important thing to remember if you do this is to close your eyes before putting your head anywhere near the vapour as it can sting your eyes!

Site Changes

We have recently altered the design of the site as I try to refine the layout and general design. We have moved the navigation menu from being horizontal to vertical to allow more categories to be added as we expand the site and accomodate the products we make available.

There is now a New Products page which will be updated with products when we reach agreements with our suppliers that will benefit our customers, if the new products prove to be popular they will be moved from the new products page to their own page.

Hopefully the changes won't affect anyone too badly.
Thanks

Joint pain.

Joint pain can occur in a variety of situations and be caused by any number of conditions. No matter what causes it, joint pain is never fun and can be downright annoying.

For non arthritic joint pain rest and exercise can be equally important. Warm baths, gentle massage and stretching exercises can all go towards helping alleviate some of the pain. Anti inflammatory medications can also provide relief from pain and swelling.

Joint pain can arise from injuries sustained to any of the ligaments, bursae or tendons surrounding the joint. I have first hand experience on torn tendons and it was sore to say the least, not something i would want to go through again.

Mechanical injuries such as muscle soreness caused by over exertion and strains usually respond well to over the counter medicines such as Tiger Balm, heat therapy and massage.

Whatever the situation if your pain isn't alleviated or gets worse consult a doctor.
